Kamil Hernandez

Medical Office Coordinator, Beetham Eye Institute

With both parents from Puerto Rico, Kamil’s first language is Spanish, but she grew up speaking both English and Spanish. She worked previously as a Certified Nurse Assistant and joined Joslin as an office coordinator in 2002 to help Latinos in the community.

Kamil now works in the Beetham Eye Institute helping patients with their appointments, medication renewals, interpreting, and coordinates eye appointments for patients in general.
