From North
Take I-93 or Route 1 South to exit 26, and follow signs to Storrow Drive West, to the Fenway/Route 1 South exit. Bear right onto Boylston Street Outbound. At the sixth set of lights, bear left onto Brookline Avenue. At third set of lights, turn right onto Longwood Avenue. See parking options below.

From South (South Shore and Cape Cod)
Take Route 3 North to 93 North (South East Expressway) to the Massachusetts Avenue- Roxbury Exit 18.
At the end of ramp cross Massachusetts Avenue onto Melnea Cass Boulevard. From Melnea Call Blvd, turn left onto Tremont street, take first right onto Ruggles Street. At the intersection of Ruggles and Huntington Ave, turn left on Huntington Ave.

From Huntington Ave, turn right on Longwood Avenue traveling through 2 lights and cross over intersection at Brookline Ave. See parking options below.

From West
Take the Mass. Pike or Route 2 East to Route 128/I-95 South. Get off at Route 9 East exit and go about 7 miles on Route 9 East to Brookline Avenue. Turn left onto Brookline Avenue. At the fourth set of lights, turn left onto Longwood Avenue. See parking options below.

From Southwest, including R.I. and CT
Take Route I-95 North. Exit at Route 9 East (Brookline/Boston), which is Exit 20 (from I-95 to the Route 9 East exit is approximately 10 miles). Take Route 9 East about 7 miles to Brookline Avenue. Turn left onto Brookline Avenue. At the fourth set of lights, turn left onto Longwood Avenue. See parking options below.

By Public Transportation

By Subway:

Green Line Riverside "D" car to Longwood stop. Walk west on Chapel Street (up a hill) to Longwood Avenue. Turn left onto Longwood, crossing the bridge over the trolley tracks. Cross Route 1 (the Riverway) and walk two blocks (past Autumn Street on your right) to Pilgrim Road. Turn right and walk up one block. The Clinic entrance is on your left.

By Bus:

MBTA Bus #60: (Chestnut Hill to Kenmore Square via Brookline Avenue). Exit at corner of Brookline Avenue and Joslin Park.

MBTA Bus #65: (Brighton Center to Kenmore Square via Brookline Avenue). Exit at corner of Brookline Avenue and Joslin Park.

MBTA Bus #66: (Harvard Square to Dudley Station via Allston and Brookline Village). Exit at Brigham circle near Francis Street. Walk north on Francis Street to Brookline Avenue. Cross Brookline Avenue and turn right on Brookline Avenue. Walk one block to corner of Brookline Avenue and Joslin Park.

MBTA Bus #47: (Albany Street to Central Square, Cambridge via the Longwood Medical Area). Exit at corner of Brookline and Longwood Avenue.
