Joslin’s Strategic Initiatives Division has established a dedicated department to evaluate and pursue a variety of International program opportunities. We are dedicated to extending our mission to reach populations in great need to bring the best in diabetes care, research and education.

• Telemedicine based on the Joslin Vision Network
• Comprehensive Disease Management programs
• Development of International Affiliates

• This process starts with an initial business assessment and business planning, conducted jointly and designed to meet the Joslin criteria and to secure the approval of Joslin’s Board of Trustees
• The Affiliate will be tailored to meet the needs of our partners and designed to reflect the regional and local priorities
